Gift vouchers can be purchased online through our website or in the salon.

When purchasing online, you will be redirected to our booking partner, Fresha. You may be asked to log in or create a Fresha client account to complete your purchase.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed against treatments or retail products available at Aimes Health & Beauty, unless otherwise specified.

Please present your gift voucher or digital voucher at the time of your appointment.

Appointments using a gift voucher are subject to availability and should be booked in advance.

Gift Voucher Codes will be used as deposit for the appointment.

Appointments booked using a gift voucher are subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with insufficient notice, the value of the treatment may be deducted from your gift voucher.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date.

Please treat your gift voucher like cash. Aimes Health & Beauty cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and they may not be replaced.

Gift vouchers cannot usually be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless specifically stated.

If the value of your treatment exceeds the value of your voucher, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of your appointment.

If your treatment costs less than the value of your voucher, the remaining balance can be used towards future treatments or purchases before the expiry date.
